Automated Product Supply

The filling system can be supplied from an external heated stainless product vat. Material flows directly to the machine tank through a sanitary hose connection. An optional machine-controlled valve can regulate product flow to maintain consistent filling conditions and support longer continuous production runs with minimal operator involvement.

Product Level Monitoring System

The machine includes an integrated 8×8 LED matrix display that shows tank status in real time. White LEDs represent open capacity, green LEDs indicate product level, and a pulsing FILL alert warns the operator when the tank runs low.

Optional Automated Tray Handling System

For higher production environments the system can be equipped with an automated tray loader. Operators stack trays into the magazine and the machine releases one tray at a time into the filling position. This production upgrade supports reduced handling and longer continuous runs.
